Tartlets de frutos silvestres :: Blueberries and strawberries Tartlets

Este foi o resultado das experiências do cozinha no fim-de-semana. Pequeninas Tartlets de frutos silvestres para refrescar e adoçar os primeiros dias de Primavera.
 


This is the result of the weekend cooking experiences. Tiny tartlets of blueberries and strawberries to sweeten the first days of spring.


RECEITA :: RECIPE


Massa para 8 Tartlets:                                                                Dough for 8 Tartlets

- 125g de farinha de trigo com fermento                                - 125g of cake flour with
- 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar em pó                                   - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 70g de manteiga sem sal (à temperatura ambiente)          - 70 g of unsalted butter
- 1 gema de ovo                                                                         - a yolk
- 1 a 3 colheres de sopa de água                                            - 1 to 3 tablespoons water


Corte a manteiga em pequenas porções e misture todos os ingredientes com os dedos.
Cut the butter in small portions and mix all the ingredients together.



Recheio                                                                                      Filling

- 0,5dl de sumo de limão                                                  - 0.5 dl lemon juice
- 0,5dl de sumo de lima                                                    - 0.5 dl of lime juice
- sumo de uma laranja                                                      - one orange's juice
- 1dl de natas                                                                     - 1dl cream
- 2 ovos                                                                               - 2 eggs
- 50g de açúcar                                                                 - 50g sugar



1. Forre as formas com a massa, pique com um garfo e cubra a massa com feijões.

1. Line the forms with the dough, prick with a fork and cover the dough with beans
 
2. Leve as formas ao forno a 200'C.

2. Bake at 200'C.

3.  Numa tigela pequena, misture as natas, ovos, açúcar, sumo de limão, lima e laranja até ficar homogêneo.

3. In a small bowl, combine the cream, the eggs, the sugar, the lemon, lime and orange juice until smooth. 

4. Cubra a massa das tartlets com o creme preparado e leve ao forno durante 40 min.

4.Cover the dough with the cream previously prepared and bake for 40 minutes.
 
5.  Cubra as tarteletes com morangos e mirtilhos.
5.  Top the tartlets with strawberries and blueberries.
  
6. Derreta gelatina de culinária e com ela misture um pouco de sumo de laranja e cubra com o preparado os morangos e os mirtilhos.  
6.  Melt cooking jelly with orange juice and cover the strawberries and blueberries with the prepared jelly.

7. Colocar no frigorífico.
7.   Refrigerate
